OUR PROCESS

Our Approach: Centered on You and Your People

Every relationship is unique—whether it’s between friends, partners, siblings, or generations. That’s why every experience we create is tailored specifically to you. Before your session, retreat, or gathering, we offer a complimentary intake call—a relaxed opportunity to connect, share your hopes for the experience, ask questions, and co-create something truly special.
We don’t do cookie-cutter. As expert facilitators, we love designing meaningful, hands-on experiences based on what matters most to you and your people—discovered together in the intake phase.

Many families, couples, and friend groups choose to begin with one (or more) of our personality assessments—a powerful and often eye-opening way to better understand one another and deepen your connection. Read Zack's testimonial below to see just how impactful this has been.

What Are Personality Assessments—And Why Use Them with Friends, Family, or Partners?

Personality assessments are a fun, insightful way to get to know yourself and your loved ones on a deeper level. They help illuminate how each person thinks, feels, reacts, and relates—opening the door to more empathy, better communication, and fewer misunderstandings.
We use proven, engaging tools that offer a shared language to appreciate each other’s differences and strengths. Whether you're preparing for a big life change, blending families, traveling together, or simply wanting to grow closer, these insights can lead to heartfelt conversations and lasting connection.

Activities & Adventures

We believe the best kind of learning—and bonding—happens through shared experiences. That’s why we design immersive, experiential activities that fit your vibe, whether you’re looking for deeper connection, clarity in a relationship, or just a meaningful shared adventure.
From thought-provoking discussions to playful challenges or even outdoor excursions, we’ll help you choose the right mix of moments that foster understanding, laughter, and lasting memories.

Can We Plan the Whole Retreat? Absolutely.

While many groups choose a half- or full-day session as a powerful addition to their vacation or time together, we can also support the full retreat experience if you’d like.
Our team can help with venue recommendations (both domestic and international), scheduling, lodging, meals, and crafting a thoughtful agenda that blends intentional time together with space to relax, explore, and just be.
Whether it’s a couples retreat, sibling getaway, multigenerational family experience, or a trip with your chosen family—we’ve got you.

Zack's Testimonial

KNOW THYSELF

In part because many of us in my family work in mental and behavioral health, our family has typically functioned as an empathetic, understanding, and supportive unit; however, we were able to reach new depths of cognizance together– in many ways by learning new insights within our own selves by working with Rob during our family session. One of my favorite pieces in particular was learning about my own communication styles, identifying both the “Do’s” and the “Don'ts”  as well as the similarities and differences in communication styles of my parents, siblings, in-laws, and especially my partner.

Having this greater awareness of how each of us perceives the ways we communicate with each other has helped each of us to grow even deeper relationships than we had before participating in this training. Rob also helped us learn to understand the motives and preferences that each of us possess, and how those are intrinsic to each of our own individuality. Gaining a more detailed understanding of how the things we each value most are directly tied to what motivates our personal choices really helped me to develop a greater appreciation for who we are, both individually and as a “team.”

Socrates urged his students to, “know thyself, for once we know ourselves, we may learn to care for ourselves.” Along those lines, it has also been said that, “if you don’t love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?” Through this family session led by Rob, I feel like myself and each member of my family were able to align more closely with those tenets; we learned to better know ourselves, to love ourselves, to better know each other, and to love each other.
